Suitable speed for moisture analyzer usage mode:
1、 Automatic stop mode: It will automatically stop when the set value of moisture change (floating amplitude%) within 30 seconds is below
2、 Time stop mode: stops at a pre-set time (t1)
3、 Suitable speed drying mode: In the early stage of drying, use high temperature to dry it, and if the water is fed, return to the set temperature to shorten the measurement time
4、 Slow drying mode: Slowly dry samples that may form a film on the surface or decompose easily at high temperatures
5、 Step by step drying mode: Change the drying conditions in stages to measure samples with attached water, crystal water, and other high moisture content on the surface

Common problems with using a moisture analyzer
1. Fully enclosed system issue: The connection of the reagent liquid circuit must be tightened, from the reagent bottle to the metering pump and then to the reaction tank. Otherwise, reagent leakage will directly affect the test results.
. Another issue with its unclosed nature is that during testing, the Karl Fischer reagent absorbs moisture from the air, which can cause a delay in the titration endpoint. Common issues with using a moisture analyzer
2、 Accuracy issue of sampling: When calibrating the reagent, 10mg of water should be taken, and a 10ul sampler should be used as much as possible. This not only ensures accuracy and appropriate speed, but also prevents water droplets from adhering. Similarly, there are similar issues with the use of methanol reagents and ethyl esters, and care should be taken to shorten the opening time of the reaction tank as much as possible after removal
3、 Magnetic stirring speed adjustment: In the reaction tank, because the titration reagent is added locally and not at the same location as the electrode, the stirring speed should be fast enough not to form turbulence, so as to reach the endpoint quickly
4、 The titration speed should be set from fast to slow: during titration, the speed should be appropriate to shorten the test time as much as possible, and the strain should be slow when approaching the endpoint, which can improve the measurement accuracy
5、 After the experiment is completed on that day, it is necessary to empty the Karl Fischer reagent from the system and clean it with methanol. Do not clean the system with water, as it is not easy to evaporate and will cause inaccurate calibration of the Karl Fischer reagent in the next experiment
6、 The moisture analyzer should be kept away from strong magnetic fields to avoid electronic display jumping and abnormal phenomena during operation. The manual moisture analyzer uses a glass automatic burette to measure the free reagent and methanol solvent, and the glass burette itself needs to be connected to the outside due to the balance pressure
