Daily maintenance and upkeep of concrete impermeability tester
1. A certain amount of butter should be added regularly to the gearbox (just open and add the gearbox cover)
2. Requirements for the working environment: the ambient atmospheric temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 45 ℃, the relative temperature should be less than 80%, and it should not work in an environment containing corrosive gases for a long time.
3、 The water source should be clean and free of impurities
4、 Regularly check for water accumulation at the bottom of the gearbox and determine if the water pump seal ring is damaged. If it is damaged, it needs to be replaced
5、 After the experiment is completed and not in use for a short period of time, the water in the storage tank, pipeline, and pump body should be drained, the trial mold should be wiped clean, and rust grease should be applied. The exposed surfaces should be wiped clean with a cloth, and then covered with an outer cover (to prevent rust and dust from rising)
6、 Special attention: If the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, after the test is completed, follow the contract to release water and drain all water sources from the equipment. Freezing may damage system components
Electrical control part:It consists of a red and green button switch and one electric contact pressure gauge. The green button is the start switch, and the red button is the stop switch. The electric contact pressure gauge is used to control the pressure of the supply pressure system to maintain it within the range you need. When the pressure pointer reaches the upper limit, the water pump stops working. Due to the penetration of the test piece or other reasons, the water pressure drops, and the pointer rotates counterclockwise, leaving the upper limit position until it reaches the lower limit position. The water pump restarts and the water pressure rises to the upper limit position (2) control valve. Its opening and closing are the same as general valves, that is, clockwise rotation is the relationship, counterclockwise rotation is the opening, and each valve controls a corresponding test mold. (3) The electrical control part of the digital concrete impermeability meter is composed of a controller connected to a combination switch and a pressure sensor. The combination switch controls the power supply of the anti-seepage instrument, with the "0" position being off and the "1" position being on; Controller language controls the pressure of the pressure supply system to remain within the range you need
