IV. Test steps for repeated bending machine of steel bars:

1、 Cut a section of 200-250mm from the inspected metal wire for calibration, and do not damage the surface of the wire during straightening

2、 The wire diameter in the safety parameter table is selected based on the clamp arc radius r, the distance b from the top of the clamp arc to the bottom of the lever, and the lever hole φ. The upper part of each clamp is printed with the arc radius number for selection. The distance b is adjusted by adjusting the position of the lever through the three holes on the rocker arm. The following values are 35, 50, 75, and the lever hole φ can be distinguished based on the numbers printed around the lever

3、 There are four perpendicular holes on the main lever, and adjusting the direction of the lever can accommodate the desired hole position. When using a threaded hole on one end, the shaft sleeve should be fitted, and when using the hole on the other end, the shaft sleeve should be removed to protect the wire from being on the bending centerline

4、 Place the rocker arm in a vertical position and use this as the starting state for the experiment. First, insert the sample into the holes on the bottom plate of the two clamps, then vertically pass through the lower part of the lever hole and insert it into the upper clamp until it reaches the top. Rotate the handle of the upper clamp to tighten the upper end of the wire

5、 Press the upper clamp downwards by 15-25mm with your hand and stabilize it. (The distance between the thick wire should be longer to give the wire a tensile force of about 15-25kg.) Rotate the main clamp handle to clamp the lower end of the wire and bend it

6、 When conducting a bending test, a relatively uniform speed (about 1 time/second) should be used. The bending count is calculated by bending the sample 90 degrees to the right from the starting position, returning it to the starting position for good sales, then bending it 90 degrees to the left again, and returning it to the starting position for good sales. This process is repeated until the sample breaks, and the subsequent bending after the sample breaks is not counted

8、 If there are pressure marks on the curved surface of the clip after long-term use, the clip should be replaced

9、 Oil cups and areas with relative lubrication should be regularly wiped with oil to maintain lubrication

5. Installation and commissioning of repeated bending machine for steel bars:

The machine should be installed at the edge of the worktable, with the rotating handle extending outside the worktable. The installation screws are three M8 bolts, and there is a diameter 10 hole on the bottom plate between the two clamps. A hole should also be drilled on the worktable to allow the wire to pass freely through the hole
