4. Operating Procedures for HX-15 Horizontal Mortar Mixer

1. Connect the power and the red button will turn on.

2、 Lift the mixing blade and pour the weighed sand, cement, and water into the mixing drum according to the procedure

3、 Put down the mixing blade (if it still leaves, it will automatically take place after starting), then press the green button, the green light will turn on, and the equipment will start running

4、 After stirring evenly (usually 60 seconds or 90 seconds), the red button lights up and the equipment stops stirring

5、 Lift and stabilize the mixing blades before operating the pressure rod to remove any remaining mortar inside and outside the mixing drum, and clean up any scattered or splashed mortar and dirt on the machine

5. Working principle of HX-15 horizontal mortar mixer:

When the HX-15 horizontal mortar mixer is working and mixing, the materials inside the machine are subjected to the combined motion of two rotors in opposite directions. The blades with animal materials rotate counterclockwise along the inner wall of the machine slot, while the blades with animal materials flip left and right. 7. Maintenance of HX-15 horizontal mortar mixer:

When placing the bottom frame of the movable device, dust and other objects should be removed to prevent the movable bearings from moving on the bottom frame when the machine encounters materials that cannot be broken, resulting in serious accidents. 6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, the machine should be stopped immediately to check the cause and cancel it
