SY-1.5 Ordinary Asphalt Elongation Meter

1、 Purpose

SY-1.5 ordinary asphalt elongation meter is applicable to measuring the ductility of materials such as viscous petroleum asphalt, viscous laminated asphalt, multi liquid asphalt, residue after the distillation of liquid asphalt and evaporation residue of asphalt lotion in centimeters. Relevant technical performance and data of this meter comply with the asphalt ductility test in "JTJ52-83 Test Procedures for Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture"

3. Structural Principle

Composed of ruler, temperature controller, heater and other components. The uniform elongation motion of the specimen is achieved by using a motor as the power source, variable speed through a two pole worm gear, and meshing the instrument gear with a fixed rack to transform the rotational motion of the motor into uniform linear motion of the movable specimen
