DKZ-5000 cement electric bending machine

1、 Introduction:

The DKZ-5000 cement electric flexural machine is mainly used for testing the flexural strength of cement soft sand in cement plants, construction units, government institutions, and research units. It can also be used for testing the flexural strength of other non-metallic brittle materials. This testing machine can be used with both single and double levers. When using a single lever, the maximum output is 1000N, and when using a double lever, the maximum output is 5000N. The testing machine scale has a conversion scale specifically for the flexural strength and resistance of cement soft sand. When the maximum output is 1000N, the reading accuracy is 1N and 0.02Mpa, and when the maximum output is 5000N, the reading accuracy is 2N and 0.01Mpa

III. Operation

1. Operating room temperature: 20 ± 2 ℃, relative humidity>50%.

2、 Connect the power and adjust the zero point (adjust the zero balance weight so that the balance weight is in the "0" position and the main lever is horizontal)

3、 Remove debris from the fixture, place the specimen into the anti bending fixture, adjust the fixture to clamp the specimen, and create an elevation angle on the main lever

4、 Start button, read the flexural strength value after the specimen breaks

5、 Press the button on the weight and push the weight back to the "0" position

6、 Keep the instrument clean and dry. There should be no lubricating oil between the blade and the blade support to prevent dust from sticking
