1、FZ-31A Cement Brinell Boiling Box is a supporting equipment used according to the industry standard JC/T955-2005 "Water consumption, setting time, and safety inspection method for cement standard consistency". It can automatically control the time for the water inside the box to rise to boiling and maintain boiling, in order to verify the stability of the cement slurry volume (i.e. Lei's method and test cake method). It is one of the specialized equipment for cement production, construction, research, and teaching units
2. Technical specifications of the Reynolds boiling box
High boiling temperature: 100 ℃
Boiling nominal volume: 31L
Heating time (from 20 ℃ to 100 ℃): 30 ± 5min
Horizontal boiling time: 3h ± 5min
Tube heater power: 4kW/220V (two groups, 1kW and 3kW respectively)
3. Introduction to the structure of the Reynolds boiling box
Mainly composed of box cover 1, inner box body 2, box grate 3, insulation layer 4, tube heater 5 (two groups).
It consists of pipe joint 6, copper hot water nozzle 7, water seal groove 8, cover 9, electrical control box 10, etc
4. Use and maintenance of the Le Chatelier boiling box
1. Production of test cake and Le Chatelier test specimens
① Test cake forming: Take out a part of the prepared slurry and divide it into two equal parts to make it spherical. Place it on a pre prepared glass plate (100mm × 100mm), gently shake the glass plate and use a small knife wiped with a damp cloth to wipe it from the edge to the middle, making a test cake with a diameter of 70-80 mm, a center thickness of about 10 mm, gradually thinning edges, and a smooth surface. Place it in a curing box for 24 ± 2 hours.
② Preparation method of Rockwell clamp test piece: Place the pre prepared Rockwell clamp on a glass plate that has been wiped with oil (with a mass of about 70-80g) and immediately fill the test mold with the prepared standard consistency slurry. When installing the mold, gently hold the test mold with one hand and use a small knife about 10mm wide with the other hand to compact it about 15 times, then smooth it out and cover it with a slightly oiled glass plate. Then immediately move the test mold to a curing box for curing for 24 ± 2h
2. According to user requirements, both the cake test method and the Rayleigh method should be used simultaneously to compare the results of cement stability tests. Therefore, the height of the grate plate has been reduced. Users are advised to place the grate plate (including only using the Rayleigh clamp method) on the cake rack when using it
3. Fill the boiling box with 180mm of water (starting from the bottom of the inner box). Remove the cured test cake or clamp from the glass plate and place it flat on the test cake rack or clamp with the two pointers facing upwards. Place the test mold horizontally on the grate plate4. Connect the power supply of the electrical control box, turn on the "automatic" switch, and the water in the Lei's boiling box will boil after about 30 minutes. A set of 3kW electric heaters will automatically stop working and the indicator light will turn off. Boil for another 3 hours. Another set of 1kW electric heaters in the Lei's boiling box will automatically stop working and the indicator light will turn off. At this time, the number displays 210 minutes, and the buzzer inside the electrical control box sounds to indicate the end of the work.
After boiling, release the water from the electric water nozzle, open the box cover and wait for the box to cool to room temperature, then take out the test piece for testing5. If the temperature of the water filling in the Le Chatelier boiling box is below 20 ℃, you can first place the manual and automatic switch on the electrical control box in the manual position and the temperature control switch in the heating position. Heat the water to around 20 ℃ and switch the manual and automatic switches to the automatic position to start automatic operation6. Clean fresh water is required in the Lei's boiling box. After prolonged use of this equipment, scale may accumulate inside the box. Users may choose to clean it regularly at their discretion7. The power supply voltage of this device is AC 220V, and the two sets of heaters are 3kW and 1kW respectively. Before heating, the heaters need to be pre filled with water at a height of 180mm to prevent overheating and damage. After heating is complete, first cut off the power, then drain the water from the box. To protect the efficiency of the heater, the surface of the heater should be washed regularly to remove dirt8. The casing of the box needs to be well grounded to ensure safetyBefore boiling, the water seal tank needs to be filled with water to protect the water seal function during the experimental boiling10. When moving this equipment, do not apply force at the water sealed tank11. The P20-3Q aviation socket is used to connect the electrical control box to the Lei's boiling box, and the wiring numbers 1, 2, and 3 must be identified. Number 1 is the 1kW heater, number 2 is the neutral wire, and number 3 is the 3kW heater
