ISO standard sand

ISO standard sand is a reference substance produced according to GB/T17671-1999 and ISO679:1989, used to test the strength of cement mortar

ISO standard sand uses circular siliceous sand with a silicon dioxide content of not less than 90% as raw material. From raw material mining, rough processing, semi-finished product processing, precision processing to graded packaging, a series of production processes are completed under strict quality control. If any of the physical and chemical control indicators of Chinese ISO standard sand is found to be unqualified, the final product will be treated as scrap. For several years, the qualification rate of the product has remained at 90%, and the strength ratio D value compared to the German benchmark sand is within 2% (ISO standard requires 5%)

Chinese ISO standard sand is packaged in small bags, with a net content of 1350g ± 5g per bag. Every 15 small bags are then wrapped in soft materials to form a large bag

Therefore, during transportation and handling, attention should be paid to avoiding collisions with sharp and hard objects that may cause damage to the packaging

During storage, the environment should be kept dry and away from light to prevent the product from getting damp or the packaging from aging at a suitable speed

For damaged or damp products, they cannot continue to be used due to changes in weight, moisture content, and grading

Due to the stable quality of Chinese ISO standard sand and its reasonable price compared to similar products with good reputation, it has been favored by many foreign merchants. At present, the product has been sold to South Korea, Southeast Asia, some African countries, and Hong Kong and Macao regions
