1、 Product Introduction of 500T Reaction Frame Jack Calibration Instrument:

According to the TB/T-3043-2005 standard of the Ministry of Railways, bridge prestressing equipment should be calibrated once a month. Due to the heavy handling, cumbersome measurement, and high measurement costs of jacks and oil pumps sent to the measurement department for testing, we assisted in the development of a jack load testing system, which has the advantages of simple operation, suitable and convenient detection speed, and also reduces testing costs for construction units. Equipped with other components, it can also be used for forming high-pressure and high-strength specimens, as well as conducting compressive strength tests on high-strength specimens

III. Instructions for use

Before use, check whether the connecting nut of the reaction frame is loose. Place the tested jack in the test center area of the reaction frame, connect the oil pipe between it and the oil pump, place the force sensor in the middle of the pressure plate test area between the jack and the reaction frame, connect the data connection line between it and the force display, connect the power supply and preheat for 5 minutes, start the oil pump, load and read the force display data in sequence according to GJJ-621-2005 (Hydraulic Jack Verification Regulations)
